hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2023-10-25ArbetsuppgifterOur client is currently looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to join their Communications team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing valuable assistance to the internal communications teams in the client's local markets by:
• Acting as a knowledgeable resource and editor for the 27 markets, offering support to internal communications teams worldwide in crafting their internal news stories in English. The content will be published on various internal channels, including the client's Intranet, Yammer, and internal newsletter.
• Assist with writing various forms of internal communication, including letters, leadership messages, and email marketing.
• Ensure that the client's internal narrative, including their purpose, strategy, and values, is consistently communicated through internal news stories.
• Coordinate and support the process of updating the intranet pages for the 27 markets, with the goal of standardizing and providing important information.
• Take charge of managing the intranet and other internal channels and tools for publishing news, as well as measuring and reporting on performance.
Requirements
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional communication skills and high editorial/writing standards.
• At least seven years of experience as a communicator or editor, ideally in an internal communication role.
• A bachelor's degree in journalism or communications, or equivalent experience.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, networking abilities, and expertise in managing stakeholders.
• Experience in planning and multitasking.
• Able to thrive in a complex and dynamic work environment.
