Hoist Finance is looking for a forward thinking and experienced Senior Internal Auditor.

The role
Hoist Finance is now recruiting a Senior Internal Auditor to our headquarters in Stockholm. As a Senior Internal Auditor you will be part of a team of five and report to the Head of Internal Audit. The department reports directly to the Board of Directors of Hoist Finance AB (publ). The role involves communication to the management in Sweden, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK. This individual should be engaging and capable of forging strong links with key stakeholders at group level.
Tasks
• Your primary working responsibility will be to perform internal audits within Hoist Finance, its branches and related companies in all our locations in Europe
• You will support in building up our internal control system by way of writing and actualisation of procedures and policies
• You will support in various projects, like due diligence investigations and rating projects
• Execute site visits of European locations if needed in order to work with local teams
• Interact with Hoist Finance's other control functions
• University degree in finance or law with minimum five years work experience from a "big four" audit companyor from the financial sector
• Excellent English skills; strong oral and written communication skills with an proactive approach, knowledge of French or German is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Ability to present audits results to management and external regulatory authorities.
• Solution oriented with high integrity
• You are flexible to travel and able to work independently and in a team
Background
