The Senior Interior Designer is an experienced professional who can take overall charge of a project, define the objectives, develop a set of tasks to accomplish the project, coordinate and monitor the work involved in the tasks, and deliver a final project on time and within the prescribed budget. The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously, and for balancing diverse client, consultant and internal requirements.
Having experience in successfully executing interior projects and on-site execution.
You will also be able to fully conceptualize various projects and prepare shop/working drawings using AUTOCAD/ ArchiCAD. Familiar with other programs such as Photoshop would be an advantage.
A creative and hard-working individual, you will have the proven ability to work well in a busy environment both as part of a team and on an individual basis.
You must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills to represent the practice at all levels
You Must be self driven, proactive with good man management and capacity planning skills. Excellent opportunity for career growth
Education / Experience Requirements:
• Accredited professional degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of ten years experience in responsible charge of projects, with experience in maintaining client relationships and with some years of experience in designing Hotels.
• Experienced individual with CAD and Project management software and ability to work under pressure and to lead a team.
For all senior positions, there will be no compensation for over time.
