Last year AWA Strategy was set up and we are now looking for an experienced IP Strategist to the Gothenburg office.
The candidate we are looking for has at least 10 years of experience in:
• Planning and executing strategic IP activities;
• Designing, implementing, and executing of IP Strategies;
• Designing and reviewing of IP infrastructures including processes, incentive mechanisms, KPIs, benchmarking, roles, competence needs and governance, and
• IP in relation to M&A and other IP related transactions
From a competence viewpoint, the candidate has an in-depth understanding of IP and IPRs at a detailed level, including experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. The candidate should preferably have experience running a corporate intellectual property program and should also have some experience with IP litigation and IP licensing.
Since IP is growing in importance globally, we are looking for a candidate who has significant international experience, including Asia and the Americas
The candidate has good communication skills and is fluent in at least English.
The candidate preferably holds advanced degrees in engineering and law.
