Overview
Do you want to become a key player of Essity Skype infrastructure and participate in the telephony migration?
We are looking for a "Skype for Business" and "Microsoft Teams" Engineer (Senior Infrastructure Developer) to be responsible for providing technical and process guidance for all Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams technologies and capabilities. This includes but is not limited to Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Unified Messaging, disaster recovery, VoIP, audio and video conferencing as well as monitoring and reporting.
This position is part of a global team of 7 persons and is located in our office in Gothenburg.



Main Tasks
Support the Solution Owner to analyze, architect, design and deliver solutions for the Skype for Business platform components. This will involve prototyping, solutioning, blueprints, road-mapping and documenting the solution
Identify and apply optimizations for operations within Skype for Business and MS Teams
Migrate Essity site to Skype for Business by replacing Cisco IP phone or older PBX systems
Implement changes and proceed with incident troubleshooting
Deliver reporting and trending information across the company unified communication platforms

Key Competencies
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Experience in providing technical direction to project teams
At least 5 years of experience in Unified Communication technology
Multi-tasks, prioritize according to the business priorities
Fluent in English
