We're looking for an exceptional Senior HR Systems Administrator who will be a key player on all queries related to our HR System (Workday) in Sweden as well as for the rest of our offices. You will support the entire data integrity process, Workday update testing releases and be a part of an HRIS team supporting our organisational infrastructure.
HRIS Local Support/Desk Cases/Monitor Mailboxes
• Must be able to respond to and resolve Workday Help Desk cases in a timely fashion and identify room causes of repetitive issues
HR System-Maintenance
• Perform Scheduled Activities-Perform daily, weekly, bi weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual system production support tasks such as import/export of files, data scrub etc.
• Participate in all testing activities and following test scripts and logs.
• Maintain data integrity in system by running regular audits, error monitoring
• Maintain system numerous processes and provide problem-based solutions within these processes.
• Maintains organisational table structure information within each HR system (i.e. Users, Cost Centres, Location Codes, Job Codes etc. Provides timely updates of information.
Reporting
• Maintain and support reports or queries for HR or Management. Assist in development of standard reports for on-going customer needs
• Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analysing data
• Troubleshoot problems with reporting for user groups
Skills to create thrills
• BA/BS degree in mathematics, computer science, analytics, or related discipline, or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position is ideal
• Significant experience working with HRIS systems or in a related field and has moved from implementation/ data ownership / integrations and scorecard reporting
• Effectively organise and prioritize work to produce required results
• Produce accurate and timely work
• Customer Service Orientation: Passionate about supporting internal customer needs
• HRIS systems experience. Workday or Cloud Based Systems would be a plus
• Detailed oriented and self-driven problem solving attitude.
• Human Resources technical experience
• Experience of payroll data is a plus
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Human resources field (including Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Absence, Performance Management and Training.
