The Swedish HR Service Centre supports the business with all operational HR related questions for Tetra Pak in Sweden.
As Senior HR Specialist C&B you will have line managers and key HR positions as your main stakeholders and clients. You will work in a highly professional and service minded team being the expert advisor, providing guidance and setting the framework for compensation issues within the area. Together with colleagues from the global C&B organization within Tetra Pak you will develop the local C&B function further.
Main responsibilities
• External market and internal pay equity analysis
• Working with compensation analytical tools and service delivery tools
• Conduct job evaluations (IPE system)
• Prepare and drive annual salary reviews
• Drive design of compensation and benefits plans
• Guide managers in discussions of pay changes and other C&B matters
Publiceringsdatum2011-11-15KvalifikationerYou are highly analytical, possess a structured and problem solving mindset and are truly interested in handling statistical data. You have excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to drive changes, build solid networks throughout the organization and distinguish yourself by being able to balance a high level of diplomacy with informal authority. One of your success factors will be having a service minded and business oriented approach.
You hold a university degree within HR and have obtained at least four years of experience in the C&B area. A deep understanding of Swedish tax and legal requirements related to the C&B area as well as a proven record of working with statistical analysis is mandatory.
You are a strong communicator and are proficient in both written and spoken English and Swedish together with strong skills in both MS Excel and Power point.
