Senior HR Manager Finance & Corporate Units

We are looking for a Senior HR manager for our Finance department who will also lead a group of HR professionals supporting the corporate units. You will be a part of the HR management team supporting Global Commercial Operation & Corporate units.
An essential element for our success is that we have a well laid out HR strategy, including among others, a focus on enhancing HR's presence in the business and strengthen our daily operational support to the managers. The company is going through constant change; therefore, Change Management will be a focus area.
Who you are
We believe that you are curious, passionate about making a true difference and have a strong focus on strengths and opportunities. To be successful in this role we believe that you have a university degree and several years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably within a global company.
This role requires flexible HR skills, the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and locations around the world. You like to work independently as well as working in teams. This role also requires a strong sense of humor - we like to have fun while we are making history!

* Drive business transformation and act as change agent to support and challenge
* Identify the organizational capabilities required to execute the business strategy.
* Proactively develop, support and monitor actions linked to improved organizational health and increased performance
* Share your ideas and best practices in our HR management team and help us to develop and have fun
