About the role
The position of Senior HR Business Partner covering the Nordic region in Papyrus and Scaldia (PBS) is an executive, dynamic and highly business focused function at Papyrus. You are part of the Nordic management team with the purpose to manage the HR activities related to Sweden Norway, Denmark and you also support Finland and the Baltic markets to some extent. You will report to the Managing Director of Nordic region and you are a professional, enthusiastic and motivated team-member. You will be also part of the European HR team and have the opportunity to work on some exciting common HR projects together. The position is based in Mölndal, Sweden.
The key responsibilities of the role are set out below - there may be others which are not listed:
Support and guide Managers in Leadership questions
Plan and execute organizational changes including risk analysis
Negotiate with trade unions and, if necessary, be a resource regarding labor law issues
Participate in commercial strategic business development
Work environment related mapping and planning
Develop local HR policies
Employee engagement related actions: pulse surveys and actions
Work proactively and continuously with the department's development.
Participating in improvement work and change projects / processes
Overall responsibility for the regions' personnel development, recruitment and personnel administration
Drive succession planning and talent management for the Nordics
Responsible for the company's values implementation
Support and participate in employer and personnel-related issues for management and other managers / leaders
Who are you?
In order to fulfill the tasks, you have a University degree in Human Resources and about 5 years of experience from a similar business-related HR role in Sweden, preferably from a sales-intensive industry.
Above that the following characteristics describe your person:
A strong business focused mindset
Good knowledge of Swedish labour law
Experience in handling union/works council negotiations in Sweden
You are able to work on a multi-country level in the Nordics, including Finland and Baltics
Love working as a team-player
You have a self-going attitude and always open to try new things
You are precise and accurate
A coaching mind-set and the ability to support leaders at all levels
Strong written and spoken English and fluent in Swedish
Furthermore, it is important that you hold a passion for hands-on operative HR work.
