Job description
Dassault Systemes is looking for a commercially-aware, operationally-biased HR professional to support our Nordics business.The primary focus is to define, build, and influence senior managers to help them achieve business objectives and ensuring the operational elements are tightly driven and executed.
This person must have a strong ability and desire to manage HR Operations from start to finish and come with a blend of hands-on as well as some strategic HR business expertise and partnerships.
Whilst this role is based in Stockholm, the role will require up to 20% travel to our Goteborg as well as ad-hoc, occasional travel to other Nordic offices and our Global HQ in Paris.
Role Description:
Liaise with the Regional HR Director (based in the UK) and local Managers on all HR matters and support in enabling a collaborative culture across the business to drive the talent agenda
Develop and deliver on critical HR projects focused on talent management processes
(hiring, onboarding, retention, diversity etc) by partnering with managers at all levels
Maintain and ensure all Mergers & Acquisitions activities are executed on and aligned
with corporate simplification processes and compliance
Manage change and transformation processes from a people, performance and projects perspective across the Nordics.
Support business leaders and managers and make sure that all team members has a
properly defined role and objectives in line with Geo and function growth strategy
Proactively partner with key business units and teams (Sales, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, C&B, Legal, Finance) to achieve organisational and operational goals
Ensure alignment with 3DS Values, Ethics & Compliance
Candidate's profile
Background
Seasoned HR professional with at least 8 years? experience in an international/European
environment and with experience working in a complex matrix organization
Relevant HR, Business or Technical higher education and professional qualifications
Experience working in the high-tech sector would be a plus
Competencies
• Hands-on operational professional with ability to working on multiple projects
• Commercially-aware, customer oriented and organisational partner
• Excellent communication, influencing and union negotiation skills
• Strong awareness regarding people development practices
• Good knowledge of Nordics social and employment regulation
• At ease with the usage of a HR IS application (ideally Peoplesoft)
