hela Sverige Job DescriptionFor our client we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner!
As a HR Business Partner at our client you'll work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. You will be the point of people expertise for dedicated business areas, collaborating with the department managers with the goal to be a great place to work, where people thrive and want to grow with together.
Examples of responsibilities and tasks included will be:
Provide guidance on people practices such as building successful teams, development, reorganizations and succession planning.
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Oversee talent acquisition and talent reviews, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Guide leaders in the implementation of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and managing underperformance.
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business.
Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
Qualifications You hold aUniversity degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
You haveseveral years of HR experience in a Business Partner role with exposure to strategic HR practices.
You are fluent in English, both written and oral.

To succeed in the assignment as HR Business Partner, we would like you to have a goodunderstanding of the business environment and the ability to align HR practices with business needs. You havestrong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships at all levels. Further more you have theability to analyze complex situations and provide practical, strategic solutions.

SalaryAs agreed.
Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start in the beginning of October and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-03-31 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
