Our Swedish HR team consists of 21 HR professionals delivering HR service both locally, cross Nordic and Globally. Our new colleague will become part of a collaborative HR community and is expected to be able to lead cross country HR projects and key processes, and act as coach and supervisor for more junior team members. The role will have a direct reporting line to the Swedish Country HR Lead.
Job Description
An Accenture HR advisor manages the delivery of a range of HR services and ensures HR service delivery aligns with and responds to strategic objectives for both HR and the business. This role provides high quality coaching and advisory towards our executives to optimize the employee experience. The Senior HR advisor has a key relationship with the local Country Managing Director and Swedish leadership team.
At the highest level, the Senior HR Advisor has responsibility to support the country talent agenda and talent processes; career management, compensation planning, talent retention, performance management plans as well as inclusion and diversity. As an HR advisor you also provide coaching and advisory services to business leadership in executing employee lifecycle processes. In addition, the Senior HR advisor will facilitate the Leadership processes and support Leadership matters.
Core HR skill areas
The Senior HR Advisor handles escalated and more complex HR requests and will help ensure HR process delivery excellence in the areas such as people movements, employee/labor relations, deployment transfers, voluntary resignations, managed departures, data maintenance and general inquiries related to employee matters. In your role, you will represent HR locally and facilitate contact points for questions to resolve issues on local HR matters such as:
• Legal HR Matters
• Union Negotiations
• Rewards & Recognition (Compensation & Benefits)
• Career Management
• Performance Management Process
• Executive Leadership matters
• Talent management
Basic Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience with hands-on Human Resources tasks in an international environment
Bachelor of Science (or higher) degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Fluent in Swedish and English
