Your main responsibility will involve offering crucial administrative assistance and participating in continuous efforts to improve process effectiveness. In 2024, the client's goal is to optimize their operational workflows and procedures.
Responsibilities
• Handle private employee information, contractual agreements, and other confidential records in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• Maintain top-notch quality standards and meet project timelines effectively.
• Work closely with colleagues to promote a seamless workflow and maintain a balanced daily workload.
Requirements
• Must have a university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English languages is required.
• Previous background covering all aspects of HR Administration duties, such as welcoming new employees, managing changes during employment, and handling terminations.
• Proven motivation, optimism, and capability to excel in a dynamic setting while maintaining high-quality expectations.
• Skilled knowledge of GDPR rules related to managing private data securely.
• Familiarity with overseeing employee records, contracts, and other confidential paperwork.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated experience in digitizing and automating HR administrative tasks in prior positions, preferably within large organizations.
• You should excel in a fast-paced setting and demonstrate excellent ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
