Senior HIL Engineer

Electrical Integration Environment is a group within Electrical System Integration responsible to develop and offer virtual environments at complete vehicle level to verify the electrical integration. The environment can be virtual in a computer environment, Model -In-the -Loop (MIL) or semi virtual, Hardware- In -The -Loop (HIL) environment. The group also has the responsibility for leading of model based development projects and to lead coordination of the HIL development at R&D level.

As a Senior HIL Engineer you work in a team with responsibility for a domain, ECU (Electronic Control Unit) or a function area. You will participate in the development of models, loadboxes, harnesses, connectors and integration of components in HIL systems for the complete electric system. You should be proficient in modelling, simulation and handle troubleshooting as well as analysis of the vehicles electrical system. Main responsibilities

• Develop HIL environment for complete electrical system, based on dSPACE tools and Matlab and Simulink
• Develop tools and methods for test automation
• Develop tools and methods for continuous integration

Required qualifications

• B.Sc. grade within electronics, physics, mechatronics or a similar education
• Very good knowledge in Matlab Simulink or Stateflow
• Experience from relevant software or modelling development
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Solid experience from model-based development or development and testing of embedded systems is meritorious
• Experience with dSpace and Canoe is meritorious
• Experience from Powertrain or Active safety is meritorious
• Computer programming in C and Python is an advantage
