About the role
In this role, you will manage a small team to develop a cohesive, strategic marketing plans to amplify market awareness, understanding and interest for the Ascom brand, Ascom ICT solutions and business initiatives. This role requires extensive B2B technology marketing experience oriented around Content direction for all outbound collateral (such as web site, lead generation and sales collateral, conference and event content, product announcements). As a Senior Global Marketing Communications Program Manager Program you will monitor and analyze program effectiveness and continually adjust and optimize strategy and tactics to achieve key metrics. In this role you will report to Head of Strategic Marketing & Communications.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Develop campaign plans for solution franchises, define the strategy, messages and program scope required to achieve organizationally aligned awareness, engagement and lead generation goals
• Align metrics and results tied to agreed goals between sales and marketing
• Work directly with leadership and collaborate with product marketing, regional marketing and sales to ensure the campaign plan directly supports goals
• Mentor junior campaign managers and ensure strategy, plan and execution continuity across all in-market Campaigns
• Collaborate and guide alignment with cross-functional teams and regional counterparts
• Ensure proper linkage of leads and opportunities to campaign and programs for accurate measurement and reporting
• Outline the program including all elements of the digital channels and mix, content plan, global campaign calendar and required budget and resources required to launch the campaign
About you
You have an academic background in Marketing or business and at least 10 years of experience in a healthcare and enterprise technology. Knowledge of devices, software and middleware is a plus. You have an demonstrated knowledge and strong experience with strategic positioning, solution marketing, personas-based marketing, customer targeting and segmentation, the buyer journeys, lead nurture & generation process, and digital/campaign analytics and funnel reporting.
Furthermore, you have experience building global integrated marketing campaigns for a B2B technology company, and strong understanding of the considerations for regional, industry, and audience variances within the campaign plan. You are able to conceptualize and develop global demand generation programs to be executed by regional field marketing teams, and to and through channel partners. You have an · experience working with agencies for strategic campaign development and delivery and both experience and skills managing internal and external resources to complete projects against set. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.

The position as is as a consultant with start immediately. As a consultant, you are employed in Adecco Sweden with a 6-month probationary appointment at the beginning.
