hela Sverige The Risk division's goal is to allow as many consumers as possible, worldwide, to use our services safely while detecting and controlling that the risks we take as a company are detected and handled correctly. Within the Risk division, the Investigations team main responsibility is to prevent and investigate in fraudulent cases. We support authorities like Police and Prosecutors as well as our customer and merchants that are being subjected to online fraud.
As a Senior Risk Agent you will be responsible for investigation of disputes and difficult cases where crimes have been committed in the form of fraud. You will also be the contact person in case an errand gets escalate to court. You will be involved in projects to make the department move forward and also work close to our sales team to find the best possible solution for our merchants in case of fraud. You need to be open to travel to Klarnas other offices to meet with involved stakeholders.
You are a skilled communicator, solution oriented and street smart. You have an interest in e-commerce and enjoy the thought of learning more about fraud and risk and like to take initiatives. Since your role includes a lot of contact with different stakeholders it is of great importance that you can create a professional relationship with your contacts and work independently. It is meritorious if you experience from distributors/logistics companies where you have worked with complaints and inquiries in logistics. Law and police interest is also a plus. In order to thrive in this position it is important that you are social, confident in your decisions and enjoy responsibility. We expect you to be fluent in German and English, extra language skills is a plus.
