Are you a seasoned full-stack developer with a wealth of experience in software development and maintenance? About the Role:
You will develop a new system from scratch and be an active team member to influence the design and outcome of this new team. Your responsibilities will encompass the full software development life cycle, and you will operate in an environment characterized by commitment and individual accountability. Seamless collaboration with your fellow team members is essential as you collectively design, develop, and maintain modern, efficient, and top-tier IT solutions, all aligned with SEB's target architecture. This role also entails regular interaction with various stakeholders in our loan systems and engagement with other maintenance and operations teams. Your active participation in enhancing our work methods, practices, and toolsets will be highly valued.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking someone with extensive experience in .NET development using C#, with a primary focus on backend systems. Your skill set should include proficiency in Microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices. While not mandatory, experience in frontend development would be advantageous as it enables you to grasp the holistic view of our projects. Familiarity with Docker and related technologies for cloud development is a definite plus. Any experience in other programming languages like Python, Rust, or Go will be considered a merit. Your success in this role hinges on your customer-centric and business-oriented approach, as well as your ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment. You are known for your unwavering commitment, structured work style, and a keen eye for timely deliveries. Effective and transparent communication is your forte, and you eagerly share your knowledge.
