Cambio is one of the Nordics' leading suppliers in e-health with a comprehensive offering for the entire health and care chain. Our e-health solutions supports health care professionals in their daily work and offer patients safer and more easily accessible care. We are proud to be an important part of Swedish healthcare. We are growing continuously and now have about 1000 employees in several countries.
Since 2012, MittVaccin has been a pioneer in digital vaccination services for residents and healthcare providers across Sweden. As part of Cambio since 2020, we continue to drive innovation that improves access to vaccinations and supports safe, efficient vaccination management. Today, MittVaccin is Sweden's leading vaccination platform, trusted by 14 regions, 100+ municipalities, and 400+ healthcare providers nationwide. Since 2026, we have also expanded into Finland, marking the beginning of our international growth journey.

The position
As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in developing MittVaccin, Sweden's leading digital vaccination platform. Working closely with developers, architects, and product owners, you will design and build modern, scalable solutions with a primary focus on backend development and infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to everything from architecture and new product development to operations and performance optimization. Rather than maintaining legacy systems, you will help modernize and shape the future of digital vaccination services.
Joining a small, agile team with high autonomy and ownership, you will have a direct impact on products that support healthcare providers and improve public health across Sweden and beyond.

About you
You are passionate about finding the best solutions for our customers, have a pedagogical approach, and find it interesting to deepen your understanding of various healthcare processes and needs—translating them into technical solutions. You work independently with strong self-motivation but also thrive when collaborating with your team members or customers.
Requirements

5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer

Strong proficiency in SQL (including stored programs, views, and performance optimization)

Extensive knowledge of PHP and PHPUnit, including object-oriented frameworks

Experience with JavaScript and React or similar libraries

Knowledge of API design and development

Experience working with Linux-based application operations, including server maintenance, upgrades, security management, infrastructure-related tasks, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Experience in requirements gathering, architecture/design, and development infrastructure like Git and pipeline

Solid experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban

Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, as it is required for daily communication.

It's a bonus if you have

Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Apache, MySQL, Redis, Docker, Ansible, or similar technologies used in application operations and infrastructure management.

Experience with clustered environments and load balancing for web applications

Experience with API technologies such as SOAP and REST and Sweden's national/regional technical services from Inera (national service architecture) and e-Hälsomyndigheten (NDI)

Experience using standards and reference models for healthcare informatics and interoperability, such as FHIR, OpenEHR, Snomed-CT, ICD and related regulatory frameworks for information management

Experience working with IT/development in healthcare, giving you an understanding of the laws and regulations that impact system design

Experience in utilizing various AI tools and techniques in analysis, design, coding and testing
