A FUNDAMENTAL ROLE
Our Senior Fullstack Engineers play a fundamental role in building and maintaining our product. They are key in taking the team to the next level. As seniors, we expect them to show the way.
They are responsible for technically design and architecture the new features our Product Owner and our Product Designer will shape as well as building them.
They are also responsible for maintaining our existing platform and infrastructure and ensuring its high availability and scalability in a cost-effective way.
Finally they are incentivized to share both internally and externally on what we do and how we do it.
