Would you like to take ownership of the full technology stack and have the possibility to manage the technology development in the future?
On behalf of our clients, Insert talent is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with leadership goals within the start-up world.
We expect you have the following experiences, traits and skills:
• Extensive and deep experience in fullstack software development with React and Ruby On Rails as the main language.
• A good track record for deploying or working in agile software development frameworks
• Good understanding of the conditions of a software-driven product development company: product life-cycle, requirements and roadmaps, adaptations and managing of a client expectation
• Communicative, you are good at arguing for your cause, but are also a good listener
• Diplomatic leadership - can make the most of resources that are not your subordinates
• Fluent in both English and Swedish
Are you experienced within the software and product development areas and ready to take the next step into a technical leadership role?
