About the job
You will be a part of an outstanding Engineering department that works agile and where we want everyone to have close contact so that changes can be made as smooth and efficiently as possible. You will work on how to improve and efficient our solutions and together with the rest of the team you will solve the complex questions and problems in the way you think is the best.
At Telavox we always want to create simple and fun products that our customers can understand and start using directly without boring manuals or long educations. In this team, we do so much different stuff every day. From solving simple problems to designing new features that require you to challenge yourself. Creating a simple and modern-looking GUI for complex operations is a great but fun challenge. You will have a strong influence on working methods, product development and your own personal development.
In our team we work together implementing new features, fixing bugs or doing some polishing to make our apps even better. When developing new features you will be involved in planning and breaking them down to smaller pieces (in Jira) that you and the team can start working on together. If you are into CI/CD and build tools (e.g. Jenkins, webpack and automated testing) you will be able to contribute in that area as well.

About you
To have lots of fun, and at the same time be able to create really cool, simple and game-changing new solutions for our customers, we believe you need to enjoy and therefore also be skilled in problem-solving, programming and learning new things. You have a great capability to interpret and understand customer needs.
You know one or more programming languages (Java) and think flexible working hours are great! At the same time, you're systematic and structured to ensure you're driving your assignments forward with both quality and speed. Maybe you have a master's degree? Or maybe gained your experience in other ways? We believe you have at least 5 years of software development experience.
The culture at work is very important for you and you appreciate collaborating across team boundaries. We strongly believe that you should do what you think is fun. In combination with the fact that we have a lot to do (and are in a quest for world domination in communication ), and are also very open to suggestions, there are great opportunities to manage your projects yourself and find your own ways to solutions.
