As part of our growing marketing team, you will have the responsibility for developing the front-end experience of our .com website and our major digital marketing campaigns.

Apart from the overall goal of maximising the amount of quality leads from our website, you will be responsible for creating and continually improving the user experience of our site.

Key Responsibilities:

EPiServer.com HTML/CSS/JavaScript development

         Plan and develop the user experience of our new EPiServer.com website making it an inspiration to others.
         Build interactive concepts and prototypes.
         Develop page templates in HTML/CSS.
         Troubleshoot UI/bugs
         Conduct cross-browser/device testing
         Proactively discover how we can improve the experience for our visitors, across all screens and devices.

Develop digital marketing campaigns

         Develop the user experience for major digital marketing campaigns, such as interactive content, quizzes and marketing apps, aimed at lead generation.

Essential Requirements:

         7+ years experience as a senior HTML/CSS/JavaScript developer.
         Experience of UX design and development.
         Outstanding skills in modern web development.
         Deep knowledge of advanced JavaScript solutions.
         Thorough understanding of business objectives as well as experience working closely with marketing to achieve business results through web development.
         A burning desire to create awesome user experiences.
         Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
         Great sense of style and graphics.
         Ability to create design concepts and not be dependent on complete graphics.
         Proficient in web standards, accessibility, performance, and browser compatibility.

Desirable Requirements:

         Experience of art direction and illustration.
         Experience of scrum or other agile methodologies, experience of working in cross-functional teams.
         Good writing skills.
