We are currently looking for a Senior Front-end Developer that will join our IT team and be responsible for building, enhancing, and developing our website. To thrive in the role, we believe that you have solid experience within the field, are solution-oriented, and are self-motivated.
What you'll do:
• Build and enhance features for a high-traffic website
• Help shape and lead the development of the website performance
• Build and maintain scalable applications
• Bind our front-end and backend services together
• Define and implement new platform initiatives and push the company's Front-End stack forward
• Collaborate with our E-Commerce, Marketing, and our Sales team to ensure business alignment and prioritization
• Utilize an agile and business-minded way of thinking to implement impactful initiatives
Required skills:
• Software development experience, with emphasis on Front-End
• 2+ years of experience within front-end development and React
• Knowledge of how to build user-friendly JavaScript/CSS applications
• Experienced with modern JavaScript coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques
• Experienced in AWS and Cloud based applications
• An understanding of the complete software lifecycle
• Comfortable with tooling, build pipelines and getting code into production
• Experience in working with suppliers to maximize output
• Proactive and willing to help others
• A hands-on mentality and a willingness to get tasks done
Nice to haves:
• Experience with working on high traffic websites
• Knowledge of Automation testing frameworks and best practices
• Understanding of the e-commerce business
Other:
• Location is either Stockholm or Norrköping
