hela Sverige Are you an FP&A professional with strong financial acumen and excellent analytical ability? Do you have a solid understanding of FP&A processes? We are looking for a hands-on FP&A professional interested in joining a global organisation. In this role, you will work closely with our FP&A team and other functional teams in Åstorp and Forserum whilst playing a pivotal role in the forecasting and reporting for the business in Sweden and Norway.
Your role
Reporting directly to the FP&A Director for Northern Europe, the scope of the role is to drive the finance operations locally and act as a trusted business partner to the operations team in Sweden. You will be working from our location in Åstorp with the flexibility to work from home. You will take on a proactive role in assisting with preparing the annual budget and monthly financial reviews to ensure high-quality planning information.
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will also play a key role in preparing Financial Planning and Analysis presentations to guide the business managers through the budget process. You will work closely with the factory manager and leadership team in the Swedish JELD-WEN organisation on cost improvement projects. Your remit is to identify, communicate and monitor financial opportunities and risks and translate them into executable actions to improve the business performance.
Your responsibilities
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
Work with business leaders to understand & drive opportunities for cost savings
Drive standardisation & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning, reporting, and financial processes
Support month-end close process and SOX controls
Plan, coordinate and drive the forecast and budget process in close collaboration with business managers
Understand, communicate, and explain variances against targets
Support management in daily business and various number of ad-hoc projects
Your skills and experiences
Several years of experience from a FP&A role, preferably in a manufacturing business
Degree in finance, accounting or an equivalent vocational qualification
Good understanding of inventory costing and what drives changes in actual vs standard costing
Ability to explain financial results to various stakeholders and hold local teams accountable for their targets
Experience with standard costing with resulting variance analysis and corrective actions
Resilient and the ability to deliver and work to tight/strict deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics
Financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability accompanied by knowledge of manufacturing costing principles
Advanced Excel skills and well-versed in working in PowerPoint
SAP and OneStream experience is an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English is a prerequisite for this role
