Direct Link is looking for an innovative and driven Financial Controller who wants to be part of running the business.
The main objective is to support the CFO in building up and future- proofing the groups finance and accounting functions. The job location is in the PostNord head office building in Solna where also the global head office of Direct Link is located with its 15 employees. We are all, together with the teams out in the world running an international company in a logistical industry transforming and growing in a fast pase. We are a very people and result-oriented company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Job duties
Direct Link consists of several different legal entities around the world. As the Financial Controller your responsibilities will be to develop our procedures, financial data and reporting but you will also play an important role in compliance and tax related areas. You will work directly with the head office team as well as with the finance and accounting departments out in the world both from a supporting and managing perspective
You will work with, among other things:
- Building, developing and updating our global processes
- Development of our financial data
- Internal communication related to financial information and data
- Participation in cross-functional projects
- Supporting our regions in their development
- Be involved in business analysis and decisions
We are looking for you who have
- Relevant academic education
- Experience in operational and structural finance and accounting work
- Documented qualifications in developing procedures
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Fluent in English
- It's beneficial if you have experience from an ERP-system change or a larger update
