Within the Financial Control function, we have the overall responsibility for financial consolidation, compliance and activities, and we support and advice the organization with efficient financial processes. Your mission As a Senior Financial Controller, you oversee certain key P&L and B/S accounts and make sure they present accurate and reliable information. You are also responsible for overall business area accruals and provision management, including tight control and follow-up on monthly basis. You manage communication and training of financial guidelines, and you ensure that we have a common framework regarding financial policies and guidelines, and that IFRS are set up and correctly applied throughout the business area. In addition, you manage the Global Service Fee scheme for common global roles within our organization, and you're a trusted speaking partner to Group Finance, Group Tax and Group Treasury. All in all, you actively work to meet the finance requirements of our business and you ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Based on your expertise, you're also an important support to our Financial Control Director. This position is located at our headquarters in Stockholm and some planned travel is part of the job.Your character We're looking for someone with a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, combined with at least five years' experience from financial work and especially from accounting. A CPA is advantageous. Your strong commitment to the area, and your interest in digital financial tools, makes you a perfect fit for this position. As we act on a global stage, you need excellent skills in English, and knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.To succeed in this role, we believe that you also have:· A broad understanding of financial processes· Experience from providing financial advice in a complex organization· Solid skills in Excel and BPC, while knowledge of Power BI is highly valuedYou have a natural talent for analyzing financial data and translating this into strategic business advantages.
