As a Senior Financial Controller you will be a part of the finance department, consisting of 14 persons, and report to the Finance Manager. One of your main responsibilities will be to coordinate/managing the monthly reporting for the Nordic organisation. You will work hands on with the reporting and provide assistance to the accounting team during closing. You are the process owner of the accounting and General Ledger reconciliations for all Nordic countries. The role also includes work with budget, forecasting and follow-ups and analysis as well as financial cash-flows, statutory reporting and preparation of financial statements. Continuously you will manage projects in order to develop processes and routines within the finance department.
Profile:
To be considered for this position you have a degree within Business Administration or Finance. You have 5-10 years practical experience from similar responsibilities, preferably in an international matrix organisation. It is important that you have a strong understanding of Accounting/Financial principles and a business oriented mind set. We think you have experience of managing projects and/or leading teams.
As an individual you are dedicated, independent, self-driven and organized. You are business orientated and have the ability to analyze critically. Furthermore you have excellent communication skills and are able to establish strong working relationships across the group.
