ChyronHego is looking for a Senior Financial Controller
Do you want to work in an interesting and challenging position in an international environment? Are you an accurate, hands-on person, experienced in financial reporting? Then the position as Senior Financial Controller at ChyronHego might be something for you. Located in Gärdet, Stocholm the financial controller is responsible for all financial reporting for Swedenand Europe and will report directly to the Group CFO in New York.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for consolidation and monthly reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Monthly Swedish and European sales reporting and reporting of mother company accounts
• Cash management and treasury duties in the Swedish and European companies
• Overseeing cash balances
• Assisting in preparing and analyzing monthly management/board reports
• Quarterly covenant calculations and related documents to financiers
• Assisting in consolidated European forecasts and budget
• Assisting, advising, preparing instructions to controllers/financial managers in subsidiaries
• Participating and assisting in the development of management reporting
• Preparing European consolidated annual report
• Assisting and reviewing annual tax declarations in the European companies
• Experience of the Swedish/Nordic region and IFRS accounting and US GAAP reporting
• Knowledge of Swedish/Nordic region tax regulations
• Fluency in English and Swedish with Norwegian and Danish being an advantage
Your profile
The successful candidate has strong knowledge of financial and group accounting and legislation in an international environment. You have a university degree in Business Administration and you are proficient in English, both oral and written. Extensive experience in US GAAP reporting and regulations. Strong Excel skills and fast familiarization with new IT systems are required.
You are an honest and open, communicative and decisive person that offers solutions and flexibility. You possess an analytical ability and logical thinking and you are structured, careful and have a strong attention to details. You are comfortable with tight schedules and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
