What's in it for you?
The Financial Control Product Development (FCPD) team has an overall responsibility for challenging and supporting the operation in both short & long term financial strategic activities. The Program Profit Analysis Team is part of FCPD and is engaged in computing, analysing, visualising and presenting the profitability for New Cars & Model Year programs. We work in close collaboration with the Business Controllers in Product Strategy & Business Ownership Team & the Product Creation & Quality Team for maximising the profitability of all our products.

What you'll do
This is a position in line with our transformation journey where we are growing from being a Company to a Group. You will be working closely with our group companies and contributing to the assurance of profitability of our future products and services by providing relevant analysis, benchmarks and steering business-related decisions based on value for customers.
Your responsibilities shall include:
* Challenging and steering Program Management regarding all business-related program decisions (e.g. content changes or localization) by consolidating data on complete car level and making relevant analysis available (e.g. Gross Margin-impact, investment cost consequences).
* Collaborate with Profit Analyst to assure high quality profitability data regarding current car programs and new businesses.
* Represent Finance at relevant forums (decision making, reporting out, etc.)
* Actively contribute to the improvement and standardization of applicable processes, automation and waste reduction. Develop and drive the controlling agenda.
* Release of funds for facilities for function Manufacturing Engineering.
Do you fit the profile?
To be successful in this role you need to have strong business acumen and analytical skills and ability to take own initiatives, in addition of having a Bachelor's Degree within business/technical or equivalent. Commitment to delivery, prioritization skills to get all tasks completed in the time required is key in this role. You also need to have the ability to understand and communicate financial implications to non-finance colleagues. This role requires good computer skills particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI (optional). Experience with the company's income statement, balance sheet and entity structure is a plus. You need to have a positive attitude and the willingness to challenge the status quo.
