hela Sverige Are you an energetic, open-minded and customer oriented Senior Financial Analyst? Who likes to work in a truly international and dynamic environment? Adecco Finance & Legal can offer you an assignment with our client based in Solna.
How might one day at work look like?
You will be responsible for the financials overall for the Business Unit in Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway).The work collaboration includes a strong liaison within the Software Country Manager for Sweden and Denmark but as well with the regional Software Finance Team, Deal Desk and Revenue Recognition team. You are seen as the Finance expert within the Software Business Unit and will participate as a member within the local Software Management team.
Responsibilities and measure
• Work onsite and remotely with local team and Country Manager on current quarter forecasting, large deal tracking, and understanding pipeline status and conversion rates
• Consults with business leaders to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scopeI
• Identifying and handling critical financial and business issues (contract review and negotiation, portfolio analysis)
• Periodic forecasting of financial results within the broadest scope
• Providing accurate and timely financial information to management (decision support, business planning)
• Analyzing and interpreting financial results and forecasts (variance analysis, P&L deviations)
• Providing key business and financial guidance to the organization (budgeting and forecasting)
• Compliancy according to SOX standards, concise Revenue Recognition treatment Cost analysis and control of the Software Business team
• Ability to influence an entire business within a broad scope, interacting with individuals at the Manager
• Develop and implement financial and operational plans to meet or exceed budget plans
Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Typically 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst
• Native language Swedish, fluent in English in written and spoken
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Requirements
The person we are looking for has advanced to excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis and also good revenue recognition knowledge. You also have well developed analytical skills and good communication skills as well as ability to interact well in a remote setup. Strong business acumen and good project management are other are other characteristics you possess. You are looking forward to work within a fast operating team and have the ability to work well under pressure during months end close.
