Finance Development safeguards the continuous development of the finance organization. We support and develop finance IT solutions, finance focus areas and finance processes.
As Senior Finance Developer you are a key player in mastering our finance IT systems SAP and QlikView/Qlik Sense. Your main responsibility is to secure the financial data in our systems and to drive enhancement, efficiency and development of our finance systems. You work in between IT and Finance, i.e. you capture needs of improvements in our finance systems via interaction with finance colleagues.
These needs are put in a backlog and are analyzed and solved technically by yourself or in case of bigger enhancements with the help from IT colleagues you co-ordinate. You know finance but you also understand how the systems work and can build scripts and develop data models. In this role, you will have a great deal of possibilities to structure the financial IT system landscape, the chance to work with many colleagues around the E.ON group and bring in new technologies in complex projects.

To be successful in the role we see that you are outgoing, driven and committed to what you do. You like to take your own initiative and have experience of working agile. You have an eye for detail, are structured and like solving group problems as well as finding solutions on your own.
Right candidate has,
Academic degree within Business Administration / Finance
Relevant education in computer science, system science or equivalent
At least 5 years' experience working as a Controller or similar
Competence in one or more programming languages (QlikView/Qlik Sense, VBA etc.)
Profound experience from working with ERP system SAP
User experience working with Excel, SQL, RPA, JIRA, Tagetik, PowerPivot, PowerBI and Scrum is highly valued
Solid written and spoken English
