Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with a master's degree in finance and at least 5 years of professional experience in a Financial Accounting role. Proficiency in English, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, are required. Experience in SAP and knowledge of the one of Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) would be an asset.

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
You will be part of the Finance Team of Philip Morris Nordics cluster, reporting to the Manager Financial Accounting. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will assist in the development of the Accounting function, prepare statutory reports and tax packages, and hold regular meetings with different functions across PMI to ensure proper workflow in relation to the relevant financial reporting cycles.
• Cooperate in periodical review of the General Ledger and Cost Objects.
• Prepare selected adjusting entries in accordance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Participate in the Month / Year-end closing process.
• Prepare Statutory Annual Reports and other local Financial Statements.
• Prepare local statistical reports.
• Coordinate and prepare the audit requirements for both the statutory and SOX audits.
• Prepare the corporate income tax and deferred tax package.
• Cooperate in preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Prepare and execute selected payments.
• Provide qualitative ad hoc analysis to management and provide support to key stakeholders.
• Review, optimize and set-up process descriptions for Accounting & Tax activities across Nordic affiliates.
• Effectively cooperate with colleagues of other internal departments across the organization to ensure financial conformity in various projects across Nordics.
