hela Sverige ALTEN Gothenburg are now looking for an experienced Field Test Engineer, with a background from similar assignments in the automotive industry to a big client in Gothenburg. The candidate needs to be able to face dealers and customers, and work independently. Travelling will be required in this position.
Experience from complete vehicle system investigations and fault tracing, customer operations, HW and SW development, verification and validation is required. Experience of Memorators, Mloggers, Ultra, Vector CANalyzer, ATI Vision, J1587 navigator, Engineering tool, and TechTool is needed. The candidate will need to solve different kinds of problems at the customer and will use tools directly in the workshop.
You need to be able to:
• Understand the verification needs for Features. function or field test in order define test requirements.
• Create test plan. Manage. plan. prepare. and execute the test.
• Analyze results and give recommendations in their respective technology area.
• Prepare and manage fault reports from tests.
• Document results and compile the engineering report (ER). Continuously update - Test Methods and propose updates of Technical Requirement together with the technology areas.
