hela Sverige We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager to join our facility team in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate facility team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing and ramping up Northvolt ETT. Your main tasks will be Project Management in terms of planning, organizing, and oversee facility-related projects, with high focus on lliability, cost, safety and respecting deadlines.
You will be working intimately with the Maintenance team. Your role in project management will require you to work integrally with the Factory Automation Team, Software Engineering Team, Manufacturing Team and the Construction Team.

You will be part of a team working in a unique environment combining the use of proven technologies and designing new innovative solutions, together with the best solution providers globally.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan, organize, and oversee facility-related projects
• Create and maintain a project management plan, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within budget and on time.
• Develop and implement procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Ensure that all facility-related projects are completed safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with external contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of current facility-related processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
