In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the warehouse in full compliance with food and safety regulations as well as ensuring that we minimize repairs and damaged equipment by focusing on equipment improvements and maintenance. You will be working in close collaboration with the local facility teams, landlords and external contractors to make sure that the facilities and equipment are always up to the highest standards possible.
As one of the most successful new-market-launches HelloFresh has seen to date, you'll join our growing team as a Maintenance Manager to make a substantial impact on the facility maintenance of HelloFresh's brand new facility in Bjuv, Sweden.
You will...
Own and develop all maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance.
Equipment supervision - Working with the local facility team to ensure that we are always improving when it comes to risk management and minimize repair costs.
Process improvement and development - Taking a leading role in developing and shaping the way that the site operates according to best practice and that the equipment is utilized correctly.
Forklift fleet - You will be the main contact for the forklift fleet ensuring that the equipment is being utilized correctly and that repairs are being done as needed.
Production equipment - Ensuring stability in the production equipment and other production related tools (Hardware)
Equipment installations - Spearhead any installation that will take place in the warehouse whilst ensuring that these installations are completed according to specifications.
Stakeholder management - Work closely with the 3rd party's facility team and make sure that they are prioritizing their time and tasks according to business needs.
Problem solving - Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve an array of equipment issues.
Strategy and planning - Support the development of the site to ensure that its operating in a sustainable manner.
All hands on deck - As this role is very hands on, this would require you to be handy and innovative.
You have...
Swedish fluency to a native/highly fluent level
3+ years experience in the facilities and/or maintenance trades, or related fields
A proven track record of project management; running and leading on improvement projects and initiatives.
Experience with contract management and negotiating with suppliers
A proactive, flexible and positive approach to your work
You are an excellent communicator, being able to engage & support stakeholders
You have great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
The ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving high growth environment
