Functional Automation & Support organization within Processing Solutions & Equipment are responsible for developing and driving the Automation and Electrical strategy and capability development for Tetra Pak organization (within Europe & Central Asia cluster, E&CA). Our role is to pro-actively support our cluster to deliver plant automation solutions to customers more efficient and with world class capabilities.
What you will do
As our new Expert in Electrical Design you will be part of a team of six cluster experts with specific focus areas within Functional Automation & Support. In this senior role you have the possibility to combine your technical, strategical and people management skills.
You will focus on
• Drive creation and sharing of best practises and reusable solution concepts within Electrical design network to ensure efficiency in Tetra Pak deliveries from pre-projects until the final validation of the installation
• Develop External contractors in E&CA to be able to design the engineering documents and solutions for our projects
• You will drive standardization of our requirements for components, electrical engineering, cabinets and installations
• Secure the strategic direction in the area and work pro-actively with support to cluster to build and improve capabilities
This position can be based in a market company in Europe (Lund, Reinbek, Arganda del Rey, High Wycombe, Warsaw), but you will work in a global arena within Europe & Central Asia. You might be traveling around 20 - 40% of your time on shorter (2-3 days), planned business trips even if we now have adopted many other ways of communication, the network is still important.
Who you are
We believe that you are a technical specialist with strategic mindset, understand system and electrical design and hardware. You also have people management skills and a strong drive for results. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you like to see others succeed with your and the teams support. You have a strong and proven informal authority as well as a natural seniority.
You have an industrial electrical background both in theory and practically. To be successful in this position you need a solid experience from the electrical design area and have recognized skills in low voltage installations in liquid food industry. You have experience from working with design of low voltage power cabinets, automation control cabinets and electrical installations at customers sites. You are skilled in and know how to apply relevant rules and laws (e.g. EN 60204, EN 60364, IEC 61439) into our way of working. A very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must.
