ASSA ABLOY Scandinavia is looking for a senior ERP specialist in Microsoft Dynamics ERP with in-depth experience of analyzing requirement of finance and supply chain management, gap and fit analysis. You should be able to convert design for development, deployment, testing and leading the functional analyst through an entire project life cycle.
Main objectives:
• Plan and participate in business requirement meetings, disscussions and presentations about the business process requirement and design for development with clients based on Fit and Gap analysis.
• Coordinate with client business team to prepare all documentation such as process blue print, functional design, functional requirement and functional solution document.
• Coordinate, assist and prepare functional test case and scenarios for client business process for finance and supply chain management.
• Plan and participate knowledge transfer of Dynamics application features, functionalities and setup configuration in line with project requirements and business processes with clients.
• Plan and perform system configuration and enhancement activities for developments of requirements in the application.
• Overall control of the technical and functional aspects of delivering the design of requirements that is in scope defined by the business for clients.
• Coordinate with developers and analyst programmers during the entire life of a project.
• Prepare and assist the client business team to prepare the
MDM - master data management for the new system based on legacy system and also scoping the data migration strategy.
• Coordinate with client top management to design the financial statements in the new ERP system, various sorts of mandate organizational analysis report and KPI reports.
• Conducting change management workshop to enhance the current process with new business system process in new system.
• Participate in internal cross stream functional and technical work stream to appraise the current state about the project progress of work stream implementation and development.
Your background:
At least 10 years of experience workig with implementation of ERP systems/projects. You should have in-depth experience in areas around finance and supply management. Your edicational background is probably within Finance or within Engineering where you have an university degree.
You should aslo have a deep knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta.
You have a positive attitude and high commitment to deliverables, adaptability and knowledge of analyzing business models to meet business targets, ensure client satisfaction and corporate goal of the organization.
