This position will be based in our Stockholm office.
Assignment is the implementation of PeopleSoft 9.1 ERP system for Nordic entities in
Sweden, Finland and Denmark, working on the team implementing Accounts Payable. This position
will support the full life cycle for the implementation ( requirements gathering, writing design
documents, testing and training) and help provide post production support.
This position will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, analyzing new or changes to business
processes within the payables system, gathering and documenting requirements. They will interface
with end users, development staff and other Corporate System and IT staff in the Nordics and the
US. Tasks will include configuration, requirements gathering, design development, development of
test script, workflow troubleshooting and design input, training of local staff for P2P functionality, and
the building of queries for end users.
The project will then switch to the implementation of the Procurement modules ( Procurement,
eProcurement and Services Procurement).
The idea candidate will be open to conversion to full time employment with the company in the future.
Requirements:
6+ years work experience as business analyst or consultant, which includes,
implementation experience or user helpdesk application support for major ERP application
(PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc). Demonstrated mastery of system and business knowledge and
understanding of multiple discipline/processes related to the position. 3+ years should have been with
Supplier Relationship Management/Procurement/Payable modules. Experience should have been
demonstrated in international environment.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Purchasing and/or Payables is desirable.
• Proficient English and Swedish language skills both verbally and written.
• Experience with all phases of the typical project life cycle.

be ideal if the consultant was looking to convert full time eventually
