As a Senior Equipment Engineer, you'll play a vital role in developing and optimizing our Formation & Ageing manufacturing processes for the production of environmentally friendly battery technology. Skills & Requirements
Education/Experience
BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
7+ years of relevant work experience with at least 4+ within the lithium- ion industry
Familiar with QA troubleshooting tools
Successful track record of leading equipment and process improvement projects in a production factory
Curious, technically educated, and preferably with a strong problem solving background
Experience and interest in design and commissioning of equipment
Specific Skills/Abilities
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
Highly organized and result-focused
Extremely detail-oriented
Proactive and goes beyond expectations
Exceptionally good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Has a "can-do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
Ability to work in a high profile and often high pressure international environment
