About the role
Are you often described as an enthusiastic person with problem-solving skills? Do you enjoy trying new ideas and finding different ways of working? Well, then this might be the role for you. We are looking for a project leader with a passion for technology and people. You who want to develop technology for sustainable and pioneering electronic and software products. Here, you will be part of the global DUXI management team - playing an important role and contributing to setting the vision and strategy for DUXI - and together as a team - deliver our products. With your leadership- and communication skills, you will show the way when taking initiative with our products within the domain of infotainment. Our domain aims to provide the driver with a safe and premium user experience through easy controls and the right information. We also deliver platform solutions to all the truck brands within the Volvo AB group. As Epic owner, you will act as a spider in the web - securing that the scope is clear for all contributing teams, working with risk mitigation and high-level time plan to align the engineering efforts.
More information about the role:
Our core components are SW platform backend and frontend, displays, ECUs, and Vision Cameras. We source the HW from external partners and. Develop most of the SW internal.
We believe it's important to feel for the product, and act with clear sense of ownership for the holistic HMI.
It's important to understand the customer needs and identify opportunities.
You will work closely with your team and cooperatively with others across the organization.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
A strong background in software and HW engineering development and a deep knowledge of project management.
Meritorious with experience from automotive.
You are a person who learn fast and has a strong drive.
