You will be responsible to build. grow and enhance strategic partnership with the premium customer and meet top and bottom-line goals as well as meet client expectations from the relationship.
You will need to enhance strategic partnership with the customer and meet top and bottom-line goals as well as meet client expectations from the relationship.
You will manage & grow the assigned horizontal through delivery of portfolio of programs / projects in the service area and enhancement of service offerings.
You will ensure high quality delivery| operations and CSAT and overall governance.
Strategize and ensure creation of mechanisms, processes, etc. to enable the delivery of programs / projects across various time zones.
Drive conceptualization and implementation of activities to achieve high customer satisfaction scores, operational margins and other goal matrix parameters and drive proposition development, GTM for the service area and work with Sales proactively to create and win business
Ensure that industry trends and developments are analyzed and solutions and IP s relevant to the service area are developed to enable solution led service
Build and mentor teams and thereby enhance competencies to ensure organizational leadership in the service area
Resolve all escalated issues relating to the specified accounts for smooth relationship/delivery. To provide governance for the accounts responsible for. Build strategic partnerships with key decision makers and influencers for realizing the results.
Lead, guide, engage, manage and develop the team. To be the sponsor for solutions designed for the client.
