Our mission and business
MP Product Introductions Chassis and Cab currently has more than 300 employees representing global production for Chassis and Cab in the product introduction process. We represent production through a close collaboration with the production units and in cross functional projects- or value creation teams in order to achieve the best ergonomics, high quality and productivity into the solution development to create the right conditions for an efficient serial production. We work with global preparation and process verification.
Your Assignments
In this role you will be responsible for global product preparation, logistic preparation and development and vehicle electronics. To success with your mission you have a high competent and performing management team with 4 direct reporting group managers and their groups with many years of experience. You will be part of MP management team with supporting and skilled colleges.
We are into the Scania transformation with new lean agile methods and we are adapting our way of working.
In this role you will be involve both in setting up a new production structure in China and the new cooperation within the Traton group. Your curiosity about other cultures and your ability to build new collaborations will therefore be crucial.
In order to achieve what we want for the future, it is important that you work closely with other departments in Truck Product Introductions such as MPP and MPE.
Your background and experiences:
• You have an academic education, Master of science in areas of management, production, design or equivalent technical education
• Previous experience of working with product introductions, production or logistics, purchasing or R&D is a qualification
• You have experience from leading managers, work in a management team or equivalent
• You can communicate fluently in English in both speech and writing
