Thermal process is a Key technology for the Tetra Recart packaging system, needing focus and a specialist position. This position contains both theoretical studies, practical tests in development and industrial environment.
You will work in project teams, and cooperate with external parties such as suppliers, institutes and customers. Projects run using scrum methodology in an agile environment.
Tetra Pak Development & Engineering organization works in a matrix organization with focus on products and business opportunities from one side and from the other side engineering competence in a line organization focusing on technology and knowledge development.
Qualifications
We believe you are a self-motivated person with a drive to seek knowledge and add value to the team and organization.You have excellent communication and networking skills, the ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility among stakeholders and work across borders.
A high-level of business understanding and autonomy, with strong drive for results is required.
You have a University degree within food engineering or a Master of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in food technology and at least 7 years of work experience from food engineering. Experience from thermal processing in the food industry, is considered a plus.
An excellent command of English, both written and oral is required. Knowledge of Swedish language is considered a plus.
