The Packaging Material organisation within Development & Engineering has recently reorganized to create an organization better adopted to drive and deliver projects but also to focus on Systems Engineering. As a Senior Engineer within the Systems Engineering organisation you will work with the core team of one or several projects owning the system perspective, interacting with all subsystems owners. An important part of the role is leading (coaching, facilitating and coordinating) our development project managers, project members and engineering line managers.
In this role you will, e.g.:
• Be responsible for establishing technical management (requirements, solutions & verification) of systems throughout their lifecycle
• Lead System Design & Validation activities and teams in context of development projects
• Contribute to develop Systems Engineering line capabilities and team competences
Publiceringsdatum2011-04-09KvalifikationerTo be successful in this role you have hands on experience from working with product development of complex systems or products (in sectors such as automotive, rail, aerospace, pharmaceutical or process industry) that has provided you with a broad understanding in systems requirement, integration, solutions and validation. You may have experience from technical project management, system integration or technical integration. You are fluent in spoken and written English.
As a person you are intellectually curious and possess great listening, documenting and communication skills which you have used successfully on all levels, especially with management. And yet you have a high personal drive and get things done. You have the ability to see the integrated picture without losing the fine detail. We need a strong team player and team leader who can manage change leadership and has a strong continous improvement attitude. You should also have the ability to operate with uncertainty and complexity.
