Design, develop and deliver high-quality software and engineering in order to support consumers across all Systems to be more efficient and reach many people. Use and promote modern software engineering principles, encouraging utilization of proper tools and increase of automation to enable the specified business outcomes and create a strong digital foundation for digital products and business.
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills, etc
Good knowledge of software engineering principles
Broad knowledge of software engineering practices using industry-standard toolsets
Good knowledge of design and architecture concepts (i.e. microservices)
Broad knowledge of the assigned technology of the area and related Products or Services
Good knowledge of working in agile/iterative software development teams and with agile development practices
Passionate about delivery of high-quality software
Motivated by continuously developing and enhancing programming skills and staying at the frontier of modern tools and technologies
Energized by working both independently and in cross-functional teams
Motivated by working agile and being open to the change
