We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide, and we are looking for an Engagement Owner to join exciting projects for an integrated digital healthcare environment, replacing hundreds of existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities for a comprehensive solution. The new system includes a service to manage the health of their more than 1 million citizens and a modern digital care system that allows for increased patient participation, safer patient experience, and improved work environment for healthcare professionals.
As an Engagement Owner you will be accountable for the delivery of Cerner client projects.
You will be directing and supporting a team of associates responsible for client project objectives, influencing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute project objectives and cultivating external client relationships to achieve business objectives.
Your role will require creating and maintaining project plan based on contractual commitments, managing project resources, financials and scope according to project plan and contractual commitments.
You will also be managing project risks and escalating as appropriate, managing project milestones and reviewing regularly with both the internal project and external client teams.
Basic Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 5 years of Project Management work experience
• At least 5 years of Financial Management work experience
• At least 4 years of Cerner Millennium experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, minimum level C1
Preferred Qualifications:
*Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience (at least 5 years)
• A Project Management Certification, such as PMP or Prince2
Expectations:
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
• Ability to travel up to 100%
