hela Sverige Hi,My name is Håkan Karolusson and I work as Scrum Master for one of the Cybercom Telecom teams in Gothenburg. The teams consist of eight persons with various background working tight together. We have good team spirit, with focus on internal knowledge sharing as well as having fun. Work is challenging and the tasks varied, and there is always a chance to learn something new. Not the least from all skilled colleagues in the project and in Cybercom. About the position
Open communication and good team work are essential at Cybercom. You will be a part of one of our in-house team and develop Software for the lower layers within the latest technology within Telecom. The way of working is to have an agile organization with cross functional teams that together drive the processes. Our daily work covers all the steps of a feature, from systemization to implementation and end-to-end testing.
Who are we looking for?
Since you are an experienced developer, we are convinced that you have a few years of experience and preferably knowledge in the Telecom domain, Layer 1 and 2. You always strive to better yourself in your profession and are positively set. Further, we see that you have a team spirit mentality and the ability to plan and drive your own work in order to reach common goals together with your team.
For this position we are confident that you have:
• Good programming experience in Embedded C
• Programming experience in C++, Java and most likely scripting like Python or Perl
• Knowledge in the Telecom domain (3GPP), Layer 1 and 2
• Experience from working in Agile development projects
• Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is Meritorious)
• Meritorious with experience in GIT
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
