About the role
You will be part of a small team working in an international context. As a senior developer at Matthew's Marking Systems, you will predominantly create and develop products and functions in their own platform MPERIA. It is a universal platform for the automatisation of marking and coding, compatible with practically any kind of hardware and software.
Matthew's Marking Systems is in the process of building a new version of their product and you will be involved in every stage of the production. It is a broad role which will require you to build interface applications as well as getting your lab coat on and looking at the hardware. You will implement new products, functions and solutions, while also drive development when it comes to planning and agile working methods.
Qualifications
Very good knowledge of C++ and C
Experience in Linux, both as a user and application developer
Well-versed in spoken and written English
Experience in GIT
Good to have
M.Sc. / B.Sc. in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Embedded Linux and Yocto
Bash and Python

Matthews Marking Systems is a company that develop, produce and market printers for industrial marking as well as conduct research on behalf of the American parent company. Their clients are resellers and end customers all over the world, for example within manufacturing, packaging and the food industry. Matthews Marking System's devoted and innovative employees are inherent to the company's values and success.
They are a self-sufficient organisation, where production, development and sales departments are all under the same roof. The office has a total of 65 employees with a yearly turnover of 280 million SEK, growing more for every year. The company is owned by Matthews International, Pittsburgh US.
