hela Sverige We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronic Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will be a key member of the Product Development team for the product unit Revolving Doors and Special Solution, and work with creating, designing, and developing our products.
About the role
As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will design and review schematics/layout and design and verify electronics according to requirements, select components in cooperation with sourcing and suppliers, and interpret legal requirements.
You will participate in and lead pre-studies to explore new technology or customer values, identify and recommend system improvements to enhance technical performance, collaborate with other departments to ensure understanding of project specifications and business needs, and update on technology and regulation development. You will also perform unit tests and be responsible for requirements and certification within electronics.
Furthermore, you will align cross-functional dependencies with other stakeholders and you will take responsibility for competence development and actively seek knowledge required to perform role tasks.
About you
To succeed in this role, you must hold at least a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree within engineering, preferably electronics. We think you have at least five years of experience as an electronics engineer. You have expertise in E-CAD (preferably Altium designer), digital design, motor control, communication interfaces, test & measurement, EMC certification and test, and DFx.
You have strong language skills in Swedish (critical) and English (high level), possess strong computer skills with a keen interest in technology, and be willing to travel when needed. As a person, you are goal- and result-oriented, innovative and proactive, and more importantly, a team player.
The position is based in Landskrona. The role requires some traveling to our other development site in Mahlberg Germany, as well as our production sites and suppliers..
