hela Sverige We are looking for a Senior Electromechanical Engineer with experience working with integration of electrical components to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our Electromechanical team based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing/ramping up our grid and industrial solutions and contribute to building next generation battery systems.
About the job
We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Engineer with a few years work experience designing enclosures and support systems and integration of electrical components. you should have good understanding of production processes and have been involved in full cycle of integration and development of power electronics enclosures and products carrying hazardous voltage levels where safety is the most important aspect.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understanding design requirements, considering mechanical loads and vibrations and provide protection against environmental impacts and pollutions for the electrical components
Integration of electrical components and design of support system or enclosure for such components
Designing busbars
Considering Harness routing requirements in designing the physical layout of the system
Be part of DFMEA process to define, resolve and validate risks involved with your design
Design for manufacturing volume and cost targets
Creating design documentation for customers
Support to define Development Validation Plan and verification and testing of designed systems
Following the Product Development Process and time plan to deliver the respective product

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/BSc or similar educational background
• 5 years of mechanical design experience of integration of electrical components and designing HV busbars
Excellent English written and oral skills
Exceptionally good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Has a can do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent time management and ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
